Larry Birkhead, the father of Smith’s daughter Dannielynn, took the witness stand late yesterday afternoon and continued his testimony today. Birkhead spoke about Smith’s drug use and revealed information about his personal life with the former Playboy model. He recalled seeing Smith take numerous drugs even though she claimed she was not an addict. During his testimony, Birkhead even admitted hiding one of Smith’s powerful prescriptions, Methadone, but immediately regretted his decision when Stern told him she “needed it to live.”

Anna’s bodyguard Big Moe said under oath during preliminary hearings in Oct. 2009 that Birkhead gave Anna cocaine, ecstasy, alcohol. He also said in many interviews that Birkhead was just a “gay sperm donor” who was there for the fame and money.
Doesn’t Birkhead have a personal financial stake in testifying in any proceedings having to do with the executor of his daughter’s estate? (Esp. since both Stern and Birkhead’s only source of income is exploiting Dannielynn?) How is his testimony not a conflict of interest??
since stern and birkhead were supposedly on a video performing gay
sexual acts….I would suppose one could say there is a tendency to try and clear your “lover”.
Anything paparazzi Birkhead says is to be taken with a grain of salt. He was there for the money. I hope he raises his daughter to keep money in its right place in a proper ethical framework with good morals. Get back to the straight and narrow.
