Today, pharmacist Ira Freeman testified that Smith’s doctors requested a “shopping list” of prescriptions. He identified hundreds of medications prescribed to Smith, describing them as fatal if taken together. Freeman refused to fill the prescriptions because he believed it to be “pharmaceutical suicide.”
Freeman’s testimony was followed by that of fellow pharmacist Steve Mazlin. He recalled a 2006 exchange with Eroshevich where she requested antidepressants and the sleeping medication Chloral Hydrate for Smith. Mazlin warned if the drugs were taken with alcohol it could be “a deadly combination.”
Eroshevich was not present in the courtroom today to hear the accusations made against her. Despite the prosecutions attempts to make her stay, Eroshevich is currently in New York tending to her ailing mother who fell and broke a hip.

The whole ANS scenario was just one long joke and ridiculous circus. I could
never live like that nor even be around it. The bad Karma would kill a strong person.
So many hard working doctors who try their best to help their patients. I would guess that they are very upset that their profession is being soiled by these creeps.

“pharmaceutical suicide?” Now there is a very apt description of the shopping list of drugs… What are these people thinking?
The only thing they are thinking is how to pimp this pitiful creature (ANS) to
be a long and fruitful cash cow.

I would give my eye teeth to have been selected to be on that jury.
Howard Stern should also be charged with dispensing drugs without a license.
Yes, Charlie,it would be satisfying to be on this jury.
