Or perhaps you just don't comprehend that both Michael Jackson and Ana Nicole were killed by their doctors. Both would be alive today if not for their doctors. They are not different. Stern were both warned about the drugs being "pharmaceutical suicide" and they still went ahead and illegally obtained and administered those drugs to ANS and she died of them as they were warned that they should have been charged in FL just as Murray is being charged in CA.
