ANS: The Ultimate High-Wire Act

Posted by Janice | Permalink | Add a comment

Hurry, hurry, hurry!  Step right up to witness an awesome spectacle!  Yes readers, all carnival barking aside, the pre-trial hearings of defendants, Howard K. Stern, Eroshevich, and Kapoor are anticipated to commence tomorrow morning at the Criminal Courts Building in Los Angeles. The trio is implicated in connection with supplying the late Anna Nicole Smith lethal doses of pharmaceutical drugs.  A public information officer for the court and assigned to this case was unable to divulge any prescient details.

Lady Justice’s scales are calibrated and ready for action!

More predictable than Punxatawney Phil’s forecast for 6 more weeks of winter will certainly be the much anticipated drama that lies before us.

Mistakenly conjecturing that it was Professor Plumb in the conservatory with the revolver, The Anna Nicole Smith trial should play out better than any other Hollywood Whodunnit this century until Conrad Murray takes center stage…

  2. SheStone says:

It would be a real nail biter whodunnit if it actually went further than the current charges. I would really like to learn more about Daniel Smith’s death. JMO

I’m with you, SheStone. It looks extremely suspicious, and like he was intentionally murdered by drug overdose to isolate his mother for control of her. Is there anyone investigating his abnormal death?

  3. QV says:

I heard a rumor that the actual trial would not start until fall. Just a rumor though.

    Thanks very much Janice!

  4. Anne says:

There is no mystery, the trial will start in October 2010. not earlier. People who carefully read AP articles know that. Even (wannabe) “celebrity lawyer” should know that. IYKWIM.

    • doris jean says:

Shame on you, Anne. AP articles are not the final authority and you know that, don’t you???

You phrase “wannabe celebrity lawyer” seems to be nasty low-blow which shows more about you than your victim. If not, why not explain more what you mean?

  5. QV says:

What? You come to this site to attack the site owner Anne? Whatever happened to just leaving your opinion about the article?

  6. Mary says:

QV, you know Anne…my guess is how they came up with the idea gang like mentality when it comes to the HKS.

    THANKS JANICE!
I’m new to your blog but am bookmarking it.

  7. Mary says:

Oh Anne, if you’re going to insult someone at the very least you could get your facts straight.

  8. doris jean says:

Thank you, Janice for your blog. I appreciate your good reporting.

On behalf of Anne, I apologize. She is WRONG to insult you, I feel sorry for people who try to drag us down with personal attacks. She probably is suffering and needs to pass her anguish on to someone else?
