Today the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office stated that prosecutors are still reticent about filing wrongful death charges against Dr. Conrad Murray, the notorious personal physician employed by the late Michael Jackson. Murray is accused of administering a lethal dose of the anesthetic propofol to Jackson shortly before his death, June 25, 2009.
Attorney Ed Chernoff, one of Murray’s lawyers, stated his client will acquiesce when indicted. Attorney J. Michael Flanagan, another of Murray’s lawyers, told the press how the doctor has no plans to surrender to police. Stay tuned . . .

Ruh roh! I think this guy better comply. He is in a load of hot water.
This seems like another clear example of doctors putting their desire to apease celebrities over their own good old fashioned common sense. I guess this kinda thing needs to hapen to wake up the medical community to this issue.
I’m with the others. Something must be done to stem the tide of celebrity-death-by-prescription-drugs.
