Testimony continued today in the case against defendants, Howard K. Stern, Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, to determine if they will stand trial for conspiring to illegally provide Smith with the controlled substances that ultimately led to her death. Anna Nicole Smith’s former bodyguard, Mr. Mo Brighthaupt, testified he saw Defendant Howard K. Stern inject her with pharmaceutical drugs on at least five occasions. He also testified that he witnessed Defendant Eroshevich inject her as well.
Larry Birkhead was scheduled to testify today as well so…stay tuned!

I’m happy that Big Moe stepped up to the plate and decided to do the right thing even though he has been threatened. I would hope Birkhead will do the same for his daughter especially, but I’m not too hopeful. Thanks for the coverage.
Ah, isn’t it interesting how her death matches her life- a media circus. However, at least this time something good can come from this media feeding frenzy- it can convey the clear message that supplying your celeb buddy with drugs in order to either control them, or keep them happy, will lead to charges and possible jail time. something needs to happen to curtail this entourage society!
Yes, this will be a good case to make an example of professionals who cross the line. Doctors and lawyers are in a position of TRUST to their clients, including vulnerable celebrity clients. They do need to be held to a high standard of conduct and punished when they harm or kill their clients.

Injecting her with pharms!?! That is awful.
