ANS’ Harbinger of Death

Posted by Janice | Permalink | 5 Comments Add a comment

Shortly after the death of Anna Nicole Smith’s son, her internist planned to prescribe two sedatives, 300 tablets of methadone, an anti-inflammatory drug and four bottles of a strong painkiller.  The pharmacist, however, refused to fill these prescriptions because it was felt that “they are going to kill her” and warned the internist that these drugs equate to “pharmaceutical suicide.”

Unsealed affidavits procured earlier this week have brought these revelations to light, appending the investigation of psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich and internist Sandeep Kapoor, and the role they may have played in her overdose death in February 2007.

The documents also cite sexual contact between the two physicians and Anna Nicole Smith, although Kapoor’s attorney has stated he is openly gay.  A preliminary hearing is set for October 5th for Eroshevich, Kapoor, and Howard K. Stern, with her bodyguard and Dannielynn’s father named as witnesses.  Lady Justice will keep you informed of the facts as they unfold…

anna N. Smith and her ilk…all remind me of tabloid nonsense….just a tragedy that befell her….drugs are a killer…

These people–all of whom seem never to have said no to ANS–deserve whatever they get from the justice system.

I hate to say it, but I’m just not shocked by anything the ANS entourage did. Just look at their histories- from the end where they were prescribing her pills to filing frivolus lawsuits, they really left no stone uncovered.

In order to understand this case, you need to research the cases in Texas and Carolina,,,,,then you might have a better understanding of what this case is all about. If by some horrible mistake, Stern is convicted, next on the list to be destroyed will be Larry and the other executor on the will. This whole thing is a travesty of justice.

On a positive note, it is nice to see that there are some with morals…the pharmacist who wouldn’t fill the prescription, namely.
