The man known as “The Lion of the Senate” has died at the age of 77, leaving a legacy of crusading for liberalism. Ted Kennedy’s body currently lies in repose at John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum in Boston, where scores of people continue to bid farewell.  Over the weekend, he will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery alongside his two brothers.

    No tears from me.

I wish as many people mourned his death, as those who mourned Michael Jackson’s…

I always wonder why our politicians are not chosen more from people who do right. It seems like we could have presidents and senators and mayors and cabinet secretaries who are morally clean and honest, but the politicians are often cheaters and frauds and killers and the like. And always wealthy.
Who will replace Ted? Will it be a rich person well-connected in the politician network?
I wish we could choose by a lottery where the only entrants would be normal, middle- or low-class people with clean records and with good self-discipline. This is my fantasy for today, 9-9-9.

well…an end to an era of the kennedy
    lies and deception..starting with the
mary jo kopekne at chappadiquic (sp) and fighting for a socialist government
so worthless people could be coddled from cradle to grave. It is morally irresponsible that congress and senate members have created a web of shame and deceit…and care less that their approval rates are rapidly falling in the eyes of their constituents.
