Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor has weathered criticism for ruling along certain racial or socioeconomic lines. Today, this perception has again come to the fore. She previously decided that white firefighters in New Haven, CT were not discriminated against when the city tossed out the results of a promotion exam because too few minorities scored high enough.
Today, the Supreme Court validated the discrimination claim levied by Frank Ricci and his colleagues. Sotomayor’s “blunder” as characterized by many media sources, is summed up here: \”Judicial Malpractice\”

5 to 4 decision by the supremes is hardly clear evidence of a “blunder”
If it’s not color-blind, it is a blunder.
It is obvious…to this layman, that this nominee has a personal agenda with a very dull axe to grind. I fear
that Ms Sotomayor will be the death of
the poor white man who excells being treated fairly.
I think the average village idiot relized that this case was a clear case of discrimination…not reverse discrimination…but discrimination. I
am fearful that once sotomayers appointment to the supremes is realized…i agree with thomas…the white man…especially the hard working white man…will be punished for his endeavors.
God help us from the hidden wrath of the Sotomayer machine. Me thinks it
won’t be long before people realize that a personal agenda is being utilized to prove to the world that this latina woman can make better decisions than a white man. Such arrogance is hard to fathom.
let me make two predictions:
1. Sotomayer will vote to advance affirmative action programs.
2. sotomayer will also vote to reduce t
the power of the second ammendment.
I hope, and i sincerely pray, that i am wrong!!!!!!!!!
